With complex flavours of honey, truffle, firm white peach, crisp zesty lemon and danish pastry, this sparkling wine is wonderfully complex and has a long lasting finish too. 

The Blanc de Blancs is the first release from part of the vineyard that is on the steepest slopes and rooted in the chalkiest soils. This English sparkling wine has been made from 100% Chardonnay and is aged in the cellars for up to six years.

This English sparkling wine provides an elegant expression of fruit with a remarkable balance of freshness, minerality and flavour.
