What are your delivery costs and options?
Our standard courier delivery service is within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) from the date of dispatch to most UK addresses. Any out of area postcodes, islands, highlands etc will take longer. You will be able to track the progress of the parcel via our partners website with the tracking number provided. If a mobile number is provided you will be sent a delivery time window 8 -11 (for example) on the day of delivery.

We make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on time, all delivery dates and times are only estimates and not guarantees.
Delivery can be up to 7 business days, depending on the carrier, from the date of dispatch. If we are flooded with orders, we might extend this delivery window so that we can keep our promise to the customers who have already ordered.
Mixed cases cannot be subsequently split for delivery to more than one address.
If you would like your English wine to be delivered on a specific day, you can notify us via email - firstname.lastname@example.org - or when you checkout and we will confirm whether this is possible. If you provide a mobile number with an order You will be sent a text message with delivery details from Parcel Force and you will also be able to notify the courier of any delivery requirements. Please note that any delivery instructions are pending the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
Who makes the delivery?
Parcel Force, Royal Mail or an agent of their's make all deliveries, delivery options for each order are listed on the checkout page. If the wine is in stock, we make sure the wine(s) are packed and shipped within 24hrs based on working day basis.
Cut off times specified are given as a guideline only. Always check the check out or shipping page for accurate delivery information.
Delivery costs for non-standard purchases eg, more than 2 cases 24 bottles, magnums or jeroboams and above will vary.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to most UK addresses - but we're unable to make deliveries to Guernsey or Jersey postcodes with some carriers.
We only accept orders for delivery to physical addresses. We do not accept orders for delivery to P.O. boxes.
The standard 24 – 72 hour delivery service does not apply to certain postcodes. Please see below for a list of exceptions - and please note that we don't offer Saturday morning delivery to any of the postcodes listed below.

- Orders to the following postcodes may take 4 days to arrive: TR21 to TR25
- Orders to the following postcodes may take up to 5 days to arrive or a little longer in very remote areas: HS1 to HS9, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KW15 to KW17, PA34, PA41 to PA48, PA60 to PA78, PA80, PH40 to PH44, ZE1 to ZE3
What if I am not in when you deliver?
Our merchants’ delivery partners will leave you a message or a calling card with instructions to either arrange for a redelivery or collection from the local depot.
