Sixteen Ridges Bacchus 2021

A pale lemon colour which is beautifully clear in the glass. Wonderful fruit aromas of peach, elderflower, nettle, lime, crisp green apples envelope the nose. A well definned palate follows through with the fruit elements classic to Bacchus, and a crisp apple acidity that balances the texture well.  An attractive and elegant dry white wine that is a very good example of an English Bacchus.

A limited run of just over 1300 bottles.

100% Bacchus, grown in Ledbury.

Serve with : salmon, trout, white fish, green pesto and pasta, asparagus quiche.
