The Pinot aromas leap out the glass with warm Italian meats and oak. Smooth on the palate with classic over ripe fruits and jammy notes. The small amount of tannins add texture and weight which result in a dry, sophisticated, complex, silky and savoury wine. An Elegant and moorish finish to last. 

Over many seasons, the selected harvest of the Pinot Noir grape has resulted in many new off shoots, namely the Pinot Noir Precoce which now thrives on English soils. Sharpham only produce this wine in exceptional years.
