Sharpham Barrel Fermented
With aromas of floral blossom, ripe peach and hints of lime with some fruit elements. This also carries through to the palate with buttery and lemon notes. Dry, sophisticated with some soft oak notes, this is one of the few English white wines fermented in oak barrels. It's complex aromas and flavours are balanced with great finesse.
Made with the free run juice from Madeleine Angevine grapes, this wine is similar to Sharpham's Estate Selection, but very importantly with a clear defined wine makers influence and style.
