Ridgeview Blanc de Blanc 2015

A delicate pale gold with silvery highlights, persistent bubbles giving an exceptional mousse. The bouquet is subtle with suggestions of honey and a brioche which will become more noticeable with ageing. A refreshing palate with crisp minerality, alongside citrus and white tropical fruits. A beautifully balanced finish that lingers on. The perfect celebration wine.
