Lyme Bay Blanc de Blancs 2016
A classic traditional method sparkling wine , the Lyme Bay Blanc de Blancs is a rich and vibrant sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay.
A beautiful light golden colour with delicate fine bubbles that dance up the glass. With aromas of underlying citrus and tropical fruit that are balanced with hints of honey, almond and toasted brioche.
The palate has a complex structure with chardonnay fruit and lovely fresh green apple blending with the lees-aged character to give a wine with great depth and a pure lasting finish.
This English sparkling wine is stored for 45 months on the lees to promote an autolytic character with notes of brioche, almond and honey adding extra depth.
