Louis Pommery England's second wine is a Blanc de Blanc from their Hampshire vineyard.
Pale Lemon yellow colour with delicate bubbles. A smooth creamy palate of white peach and lemon zest develop into jasmine, fresh brioche and a cool smooth chalky line adding precison to the finish.
Forty-two months on lees bring quiet depth without muting the fruit, leaving this estate Chardonnay precise, mineral and impressively long.

Critics review:
Lemon yellow. Creamy on the palate, with fine mousse, sweet apple, good texture and fruit concentration, then some firm acid bite on the finish. Clean, well balanced and lingering, though not notably autolytic. A fine English blanc de blancs from a first-rate Champagne house. - Patrick Schmitt MW
