Light golden in colour, with vivid, fine bubbles. Ripe green apple, kiwi fruit and greengage plum aromas on the nose, which give way to deliciously youthful flavours of lemon curd, mandarin, pink grapefruit and white melon on the palate creating a long, vibrant and creamy finish.
A fresh zesty acidity, rich mouthfeel and a long finish mean the wine is still youthful and very approachable today, but one that will continue to gain complexity.

Serve with : the acidity in the wine makes it a perfect pairing perfect pairing for Dover sole, scallops, fish and chips. We recently paired it with Scallop Carpaccio and it was beautiful.
