Harrow and Hope Brut Reserve No 9

The multi-vintage blend uses fruit from all varieties and areas of our single vineyard to produce a wine that displays the unique qualities of the whole site. Using reserve wines, aged in oak, that have been carefully built up and nurtured from the very first harvest, therefore they can add layers of complexity and texture to each wine. Every numbered release has it’s own identity and make up, which they love to celebrate. No 9 is based on 2020 which was the first year trialling organics and the season produced a small but incredibly ripe and concentrated level of fruit.

Blend: 40% Pinot Noir 40% Chardonnay 20% Pinot Meunier
Reserves: 4% 2017, 12% 2018, 24% 2019
Lees Ageing: Min 34 months.
Total Acidity: 8.2g/L
Residual Sugar: 7.7g/L
