Coates and Seely Brut Reserve
Clear pale lemon green colour in the glass with steady streaming bubbles. Wonderful fruit and biscuity aromas leap out at you. A smooth fruit driven palate of fresh green apple and nettle with hints of smoke. Bone-dry, light mouth-feel with an unmistakable, zippy lemony acidity. A soft moose balances the texture well. Perfect to freshen up an afternoon with it's crisp fresh taste.
The Brut Reserve is the third wine Coates and Seely have released, and is a blend of the 2010 and 2009 reserve wine. The wine is bottle aged for 3 years.

'Very, very English. All our other drinks that the Brits do well come to mind, apples from the orchard, great aromas of Elderflower. Light and highly entertaining and made on the Hampshire Downs.' - Matthew Cobb - Wine Advisor
'Elegant hawthorn and acacia on the nose than a palate that has impressive mousse, green apple freshness and hints of autolytic brioche to round it out.'- Simon Field MW
