A delicate rosé with aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries with background notes of toasty shortbread. The palate is focused and pure, it’s fine mousse contributing to the crisp and fresh style.

Blend : 52% Chardonnay - 40% Pinot Noir - 8% Pinot Meunier

Alcohol 12%

Serve with : light pasta dishes or cured meats. Great as an aperitif or for pairing with light pasta dishes and summer fruit desserts.
