Biddenden Gribble Bridge Sparkling Rosé 2019

A beautiful antique copper gold colour with aromas of sweet dried strawberry and raspberry with hints of rose petals and rhubarb.  The palate conjures up sweet summer fruit, more strawberry, raspberry & pear, with a half-squeeze of lemon and touch of rhubarb. A defined mouth feel which is rich in texture. Off-dry sparkling rose with blushing damask rose tones which come to life thanks to the inexhaustible stream of bubbles. Unusually produced solely from the Gamay grape, this is a lovely sparkling rosé which can be enjoyed on it's own or with food.

 Light pink in colour and produced with Dornfelder and Ortega grapes.

Best served chilled, this wine is refreshingly full of flavour with a hint of English strawberry. Complements spiced dishes and summer BBQ’s well.
