Astley Bacchus

A crisp & mouthwatering English white wine from Astley.  This English white wine brings wonderful fresh citrus fruits such as Elderflower, green Apple, Ripe Grapefruit, Kiwi and Lime. The beautifully balanced acidity gives this white wine a lovely edge and it pairs particularly well with spicy dishes.  The robust level of acidity provides a wonderful structure and helps to cut through heavier flavours.

Alcohol 11.5%

Serve with : smoked fish or charcuterie, white fish, mild curry. Goats cheese and mature cheese pair particularly well. Best as an aperitif.
