Camel Valley's flagship sparkling wine. A fresh and fruity traditional method sparkling wine, perfect for all celebrations. Fresh yeasty aromas, English hedgerow scents with good acidity and a touch of honey on the palate.

Served in Rick Stein's world-famous Seafood Restaurant and Nathan Outlaw's iconic two Michelin Star Restaurants. 

Blend : 40% Chardonnay, 30% Seyval Blanc, 30% Pinot Noir

Suitable for vegetarians and vegan

Alcohol 12.5%

Serve with : Best when celebrated with Cornish Yarg, Smoked Salmon, Foie Gras or Fish & Chips.
