An elegant English sparkling wine with aromas of red apple, lemongrass and freshly baked bread together with hints of strawberry and quince on the palate and fine persistent bubbles

A great example of a classic English sparkling wine. The wine features a commemorative Boat Race neck label in celebration of being the Official Sparkling Wine of the Oxford & Cambridge Boat Races. Ideal as an aperitif.

Fantastic English Fizz.

Dry, subtle, some fruit but not to fruity. Pairs well with strawberries and cream. Wonderful acid balance on the palate ensures a clean crisp finish. A joy to drink.Probably one of the best sparkling wines there is.
