Sixteen Ridges Sparkling Rosé 2015 ( Next vintage due soon)

A clear pale bronze rose colour in the glass, which is beautifully clear. Aromas of raspberries and soft notes of strawberry purée subtly lift from the glass. A rich palate of strawberry, cherry, redcurrant and raspberry which is weighted by a crisp, vibrant acidity and tart mousse adding some texture on the tongue with a lasting finish. The perfect aperitif for any occasion, it's summer in a glass!
