Lyme Bay Strawberry Sparkling Fruit

Clear pale orange gold with a steady stream of bubbles, this sparking wine displays wonderful aromas of strawberries and raspberries with soft wood. The palate follows this through with a smooth mousse and a layered texture of summer fruits. It's as you'd expect and more with it's depth of flavours. The strawberries for this fine sparkling fruit wine are hand picked in Herefordshire.
