Camel Valley Sparkling White Pinot Noir 2014

An elegant sparkling wine with a fine filigree mousse, youthful red fruits and a light finish. Light copper colour, youthful red fruits on the nose with a fine filigree mousse, and a fabulously long finish. This wine is excellent to drink young or can be cellared to allow the structure and more mature characteristics to evolve.

Grape : Pinot Noir, blanc de noir

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans

Alcohol 12.5%

Serve with : Fantastic when paired with Poached Sole, Fried Mushrooms, or Fresh Pasta with Grated Truffle. Experiment pairing this yeastier style with earthier foods.
