Ridgeview Rosé de Noir 2013
A delicate rose petal pink with an abundance of fine bubbles. A complex nose dominated by summer fruits alongside honey and toast characters. The Pinots bring an abundance of red berry flavours to the palate with great fullness and length. A Rose made using the saignée method, which acquires the colour from bleeding the initial pressing.
An ideal apéritif, especially on a warm summer’s evening.

Critics reviews:
“Named after Queen Victoria, the only other British monarch to celebrate a Diamond Jubilee. It sits in the glass a pale salmon colour, with a creamy texture and a pleasant undertone of red berries”. - Will Lyons, Wall Street Journal
