Hindleap Barrel aged Blanc de Blanc 2013
Fast streaming bubbles and a clear pale green gold colour. Smooth aromas of honey and crisp green citrus fruit, very fresh with lovely biscuity notes. The palate has more crisp green fruit, lime stands out with hints of fresh apple, pineapple and almond biscotti. A lovely creamy, rich, rounded sparkling wine rich with texture and a lingering finish making it perfect with food or on it's own.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks before being aged in barrel for six months. It has spent a minimum of 30 months on lees before disgorgement.
