London CRU Baker street Bacchus 2016
Very clear in the glass with a hint of green gold colour. Aromas of pears, apple blossom, peach, elderflower and pair drops combine with cut grass and hedgerow. Classic Bacchus notes. The palate follows this through with refreshing fruits and a slight buttery texture with some textured acidity.
Made from a blend of two separate Vineyards, Sandhurst in Kent and Great Whitman's Essex. This is an interesting take on the classic English Bacchus and a good example of English white wine with a clearly defined wine makers influence. A beautifully aromatic style of wine with a quintessentially English profile.

Serve with : cod, lemon sole, white fish.
