Ridgeview Blanc de Blanc 2014
A delicate pale gold with silvery highlights, persistent bubbles giving an exceptional mousse. The bouquet is subtle with suggestions of honey and a brioche which will become more noticeable with ageing. A refreshing palate with crisp minerality, alongside citrus and white tropical fruits. A beautifully balanced finish that lingers on. The perfect celebration wine.

“Lemony, floral nose which is elegant, discreet, biscuit and youthful. Refined and refreshing on the palate, with lemon rind, vivacious acidity, minerality, precision of flavour and plenty of elan. Stunning." - Steven Spurrier, Decanter
“Cream, brioche, apple crumble, lemon sherbet, a little flint character. Pin-cushion mousse, really soft and refined with good core concentration and very lengthy finish. Light grassy herbaceous tones add a little complexity, and this has good potential for some years in bottle.” - Jancis Robinson MW
